materials, plastic containers, leftover wallpaper samples,
catering trays, nuts and bolts, art supplies, fabric and
ribbon pieces, etc.
Please
be sure to donate your used ink cartridges and cell phones
to the RRI day program. They will be collecting them and
donating them to the Second Chance Animal Shelter in East
Brookfield to benefit their shelter efforts. They are also
collecting new or used towels and blankets. Items can be
dropped off at the RRI Administrative Office.
RRI Day Program CARF Certified
The
Rehabilitative Resources Inc. (RRI) Community Day Program
has been awarded a three year accreditation from the
Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
CARF is a private, not-for-profit organization that promotes
quality rehabilitation services. It does this by
establishing standards of quality for organizations to use
as guidelines in developing and offering their programs or
services to consumers. CARF uses the standards to determine
how well an organization is serving its consumers and how it
can improve. Every year the standards are reviewed and new
ones are developed to keep pace with changing conditions and
current consumer needs.
The CARF
accreditation letter states “This achievement is an
indication of your organization’s dedication and commitment
to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served.
Services, personnel, and documentation clearly indicate an
established pattern of practice excellence.”
This program was developed and designed by
RRI employees with vision, heart, courage and integrity for
the people we serve - this is the basis of our success.
