The
summer enrichment program is available for children between the
ages of 6 and 14 years and will run weekly from July 16th
through August 17th. The program is designed to benefit
children, youths, and teenagers of all abilities. Our
environment is designed to help each participant find success in
meeting individual challenges though elective program design
which offers choice, variety, and flexible schedules that does
not limit a persons potential for growth. Participants choose
their activities, and our counselors guide and teach them
individually.

*Horseback Riding Camp Week
Camper:
Any child who is between the ages of 6 and 14. Campers
will be split into groups by age. In the morning, each
group will rotate through the different activity
areas. The afternoon will include free choice and snack.
Camp Dates:
Camp is run as 5 individual, weekly sessions, starting
Monday July 16th
and ending Friday August 17th.
Camp runs Monday through Friday.
Camp Times:
Structured camp activities start at 9am and end at
4pm. Extended day is available for an additional fee
from 8am-9am and from 4pm-5:30pm. Failure to pick your
child up by 5:30pm will result in an additional fee for
every 10 minutes that you are late.
Facilities:
The Elm Hill Center is located at 26 East Main St. in
Brookfield. With multiple activity areas including a
swimming pool, horse barn, vegetable and flower gardens,
outdoor game areas, indoor and outdoor arenas, frog
pond, 1000 acres of abutting Audubon land, all in a
historic area.
Transportation:
All campers must have their own transportation to and
from camp. All campers are to be picked up by
5:30pm.
Camper Check-In & Check-Out:
All campers must be checked into and out of camp by a
parent/guardian. A photo ID will be required at
check-out time.
What to Bring to Camp Everyday:
Swimwear, Sunscreen, Towel, Lunch, Drinks, Snacks, an
Extra Set of Clothes, and Sneakers for Athletic
Activities
What Not to Bring to Camp:
Handheld Video Games & Personal Music Devices or Toys;
The program is not responsible or liable for lost or
stolen items.

Camp Registration
and Tuition Rates
Registration for all children will open on
Wednesday, February 1, 2012
- Only fully completed Registration Forms, including a
non-refundable $75 per session, will be accepted
- Children may be registered in person or by mail.

Our camp is priced to be affordable for everyone.
$225 per weekly session due in full prior to the start of
the week.
Additional Fees
- Extended Mornings (8am -
9am): $6.00
- Extended
Afternoons (4pm - 5:30pm): $7.00

Mornings and Afternoons: $12.00
Deposits and
Payment Schedules

A non-refundable deposit of
$75 per session is due at the time of registration.
Registration forms will not be accepted without deposit.

A second non-refundable
deposit of $75 per session is due on or before June 1,
2012. Failure to make the second deposit on time will
result in the forfeit of the original deposit and loss
of your child's camp spot.

These deposit schedules are
mandatory and are deducted from the balance of each
session. This process is in place to lessen the amount
of money owed come the beginning of each session.
